Supports with facilities arrangements

Liaises with other clubs re transfers

Responsible for the club's accounts

Supports sponsorship initiatives

Ensures necessary payments for league, training and equipment are made

Contributes to club growth and direction 

Looks after welfare and safeguarding matters 

Handles facility arrangements and invoices

Ensures coaches certifications and checks are up to date

Contributes to club growth and direction 

Supports the chairperson in planning and executing short to long term vision 

Liaises with the wider community on partnership and coaching opportunities

Provides social media direction

Administers Facebook and Instagram accounts

Fields messages from social media channels (see links in footer of this page)

Co-ordinates with social media representatives from each team

Acts as a sounding board for Academy and early years organisation, planning and strategy

Co-ordinates coaching and playing rota for u6s and u7s league football 

Advises new parents on the progression from Academy into junior league football

Supports coaches when new playing or training kit is required including using club rebate from official supplier

Liaises with suppliers and ensures best cost 

Works with official match kit supplier on latest designs 

Supports growth and development of  the Academy and junior teams

Provides advice to coaches based on professional experience

Links the club with contacts within the professional game
